Q. Which email address should I use to login?
A. The one your chapter has on file for you. Your HealthSystemCE.org account is specifically tied to this email address.
Q. I've forgotten my password or I can't get it to work.
A. Most difficulties logging in are related to incorrectly entered passwords. Please ensure you are typing your password directly as shown, paying special care to the case. Also, it is not recommended that you copy and paste passwords as this can introduce unwanted characters into the password field.
If you still cannot log in, please visit our Forgot My Password Form and enter the email address your chapter provided to us in the box shown. Next click on the "Reset My Password" button and after a few minutes you should receive an automated email from our website.
In this email there will be a personalized link for you to visit which allows you to reset your password directly. As a note, passwords are case sensitive and must be entered in twice exactly the same for confirmation.
After you have reset your password, click on the "Member Login" link from the top navigation bar. Enter your email address and your newly changed password. You should now be logged in to the HealthSystemCE.org website.

Q. Can you retrieve or reset my password for me?
A. No, for security reasons, we cannot retrieve or reset the password for any member.
Q. My information (email address, etc.) on your site is incorrect. How can I update it?
A. Each participating chapter provides the information to us. Please contact your chapter and request they update your information.
Q. How do I see which answers I missed on the Post-Test?
A. Currently we don't provide a way for visitors to see the answers to questions they've missed as this would allow participants to share answers.
Q. I'm having trouble when trying to view the "Statement of Participation" after completing a program. What should I do?
A. Please make sure Adobe Reader is installed on your computer. Statements of Participation are only available in this format.
